These Terms govern your use of the VYBEX website, booking flow, mobile demos, project tools, and support services.
By using our website, mobile demos, booking tools, dashboards, or support channels, you agree to these Terms. If you use VYBEX on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping account access secure, and promptly telling us about unauthorized use. Booking, project, and support information should be accurate enough for us to deliver the requested service.
Bookings may be used for demos, consultation, project scoping, app planning, and development work. Pricing, deliverables, refunds, timelines, ownership, and support for a paid client project may be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, invoice, or acceptance policy.
You keep ownership of materials you provide, such as names, brands, files, designs, prompts, data, images, and project requirements. You grant VYBEX permission to use those materials as needed to provide demos, support, project services, communications, and related operations.
Do not use VYBEX to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape services without permission, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Mobile demos, mockups, integrations, app store links, payment processors, authentication providers, hosting, Firebase, email, calendar, AI, analytics, and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms, fees, availability, and privacy practices.
We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of VYBEX as the product evolves. We work to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The VYBEX name, brand, website, mobile demos, software, UI, content, and materials are owned by VYBEX or its licensors unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. These Terms do not transfer ownership of VYBEX technology or third-party materials.
VYBEX is provided as available, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
We may restrict or end access if we believe these Terms are violated, there is security risk, payment or legal issue, or continued access could harm VYBEX, users, clients, or third parties.
